Description
This project involves upgrading the wastewater treatment plant located in Mullens, Wyoming. The existing 0.33 MGD facility is experiencing significant equipment deterioration and operational failures. The scope of work includes modernizing essential treatment processes, replacing aging mechanical and electrical systems, and enhancing monitoring and control capabilities to ensure consistent and compliant operation. These improvements are intended to restore the facility's treatment effectiveness, address ongoing NPDES compliance issues, and minimize the risk of untreated discharges into the Guyandotte River.
