Description
The Bureau of Land Management’s Wyoming High Plains District Office requires complete upfitting of two government-owned 2026 Ford F-150 patrol vehicles. The scope includes specified SoundOff Signal, Troy Products, Setina, and other brand-name emergency-warning, siren, control, communications-support, prisoner-transport, weapon-lock, radar-prewiring, lighting, vehicle-armor, cell-booster, electrical-protection, storage, and mounting equipment. The contractor must furnish and install the equipment, integrate and program the system, test all functions, install customer-supplied components, provide wiring diagrams and documentation, and pick up and return the vehicles to Cheyenne, Wyoming. The requirement includes a minimum five-year warranty, facility certification as a SoundOff Signal authorized dealer/distributor and bluePRINT-certified installer, and performance within 250 miles of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Quotes are evaluated using a lowest-price technically acceptable process, with technical capability and prior experience evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The estimated maximum value is $58,000 for both vehicle upfits.
