Description
The State of Wyoming, through Enterprise Technology Services, is soliciting stand-alone bids for Category 1 wide-area network services providing Internet access and data transmission for educational circuit locations. Bidders must price capacities of 10 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps, with connections configured to district hub sites or a State Unified Network Core. Services must support Ethernet and either IP Layer 3 or Ethernet Layer 2 over 802.1Q VLANs, pass tagged and untagged frames, support frame sizes up to 1,522 bytes without fragmentation, accommodate at least 10,000 unique MAC addresses per A-end location, and use one of the specified Ethernet handoff standards. Responses must include all service-related costs and comply with the attached E-Rate Bid Narrative.
