Description
Trout Unlimited is seeking an experienced consultant to restore aquatic organism passage at an existing roadway crossing on the South Fork of Ditch Creek. The selected consultant will evaluate existing conditions; conduct topographic, geomorphic, hydraulic, fish passage, drainage, and roadway assessments; develop at least three conceptual alternatives with planning-level cost estimates; and advance the preferred alternative through 60%, 90%, and final design. The scope also includes environmental compliance support, permit applications, bid-ready plans and specifications, pre-bid support, and required construction support such as pre-construction meetings, submittal reviews, responses to requests for information, construction observation, design clarifications, project closeout, and record drawings. Proposals should include qualifications and references for at least five fish passage projects, the proposed approach and timeline, personnel and experience, and estimated hours and costs by task. Proposals are limited to approximately 15 pages, and evaluation is based on qualifications and experience, proposed services, and estimated fees.
