Description
Big Horn County, Wyoming is soliciting construction bids for a new 10,000-gallon Jet-A fuel tank at South Big Horn County Airport in Greybull. The work includes two schedule alternatives: installation of the tank on an existing pad and foundations, or installation on a newly constructed pad and foundations. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN's VirtuBid service. A 5% bid guaranty is required, along with separate performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The project is subject to FAA Federal Contract Provisions, including Buy American Preference, Davis-Bacon requirements, affirmative action, debarment and suspension requirements, and drug-free workplace requirements.
