Description
The City of Riverton is procuring a complete Hyper-V failover cluster infrastructure for the Motorola Flex CAD/RMS platform, sized for approximately 200 concurrent users. The base bid requires two production enterprise rack servers, one Hyper-V Replica disaster recovery server, a dedicated enterprise all-flash SAN with dual active-active controllers and redundant connectivity, Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licenses for all three hosts, qualifying Red Hat Enterprise Linux subscriptions, five-year comprehensive hardware and software support, and related shipping and installation hardware. The solution must support CJIS requirements, including current security updates, TLS/SSL certificates, encryption, and fully qualified domain names. Alternate A covers an enterprise backup NAS with approximately 48 TB of usable capacity and expansion headroom to approximately 96 TB, plus five-year enterprise backup software licensing for ten virtual machines. Alternate B covers optional configuration services for the cluster, SAN, Hyper-V Replica, and, if Alternate A is selected, the NAS and backup system. Bidders must complete the provided specification exhibit, identify proposed manufacturers and models, provide manufacturer data sheets, a detailed bill of materials, sizing and SAN-capacity justifications, support terms, and any exceptions. Final server configurations must be submitted to Motorola Solutions for review before purchase. Equipment is to be delivered and accepted within 120 calendar days after award, or as soon as possible thereafter due to manufacturer delays.
