Description
Converse County School District #1 is soliciting a one-year managed internal broadband services contract for network support from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with up to three annual extensions. The scope covers the district’s existing network of 111 Meraki switches, two Cisco core switches, and 264 Meraki wireless access points, with reasonable future additions included without additional management fees. The selected provider must deliver professional onsite or remote support, proactive monitoring, administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, outage assistance, and topology support for wired, wireless, and wide-area networks. Required configuration work includes VLANs, subnet management, routing, DHCP assistance, wireless configuration, quality-of-service adjustments, network segmentation, and access-control policies. Bids must include detailed pricing and descriptions, bidder qualifications, E-Rate experience and references, and agreement to applicable Schools and Libraries program requirements, including direct billing and SPI discounts. Evaluation weights are 50% price, 10% bid completeness, and 40% previous vendor experience.
