Description
The Wyoming Department of Enterprise Technology Services is seeking stand-alone bids for wide-area network services connecting educational circuit locations to district hub sites in a spoke-and-hub configuration or to a Wyoming Unified Network core. Services must support Ethernet and be provided as IP Layer 3 or Ethernet Layer 2 over 802.1Q VLANs, including tagged and untagged frames, frame sizes up to 1,522 bytes without fragmentation, and at least 10,000 unique MAC addresses per A-end location. Bidders must provide complete pricing for the requested capacities—10 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, 25 Gbps, and 40 Gbps—and support specified Ethernet handoffs ranging from 100BASE-TX through 100GBASE-LR4. The agency may renew existing circuits, procure new circuits, or decline to proceed depending on the responses and its needs. Additional services may be ordered as minor contract modifications within the scope of the original procurement.
