Description
NASA's Johnson Space Center has issued Modification 10 to update the Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract Technical Library with Final RFP Data Drop 1. The update includes controlled and uncontrolled technical data, Attachment J-03 with links, and an updated technical-library contents index. The materials cover utilization capabilities, medical and operational standards, hazard analysis and safety, human-systems integration, communications, environmental compliance, spacecraft systems, and related requirements and plans for commercial LEO destinations. This notice remains a technical-library update and explicitly states that it is not a request for proposals or quotations; no proposals are to be submitted in response. Access to export-controlled materials requires a completed CLDP Export Control Request Form submitted by email, followed by access through the posting system. The library is intended for information and planning purposes and may support a future acquisition.
