Description
The Government of Canada is seeking services for Phase A work on the ALI Instrument, part of the HAWCsat project for the Canadian Space Agency. The opportunity concerns scientific or research satellite work and will be evaluated using highest technical merit within a stipulated maximum budget. The procurement is competitive and open, with submissions accepted in English or French. An optional Offeror's conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on September 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
