Description
NASA's Johnson Space Center intends to increase the ceiling of the existing Rendezvous and Proximity Operations Contract V (RPOC V) by $50 million, raising the total ceiling from $48 million to $98 million. The contract provides engineering support services including research, analysis, design, development, integration, verification, testing, evaluation, modeling and simulation, spacecraft systems engineering, rendezvous and proximity operations, capture activities, and flight-operations support. The work supports the International Space Station, Orion, Human Landing System, Commercial Crew, lunar and Mars exploration initiatives, and related human-spaceflight programs. This is a sole-source action for Odyssey Space Research, LLC; the notice is not a request for competitive proposals, although responsible sources may submit capability statements challenging the sole-source determination. The existing period of performance remains unchanged and runs through January 31, 2028.
