Description
NASA's Science Mission Directorate, Earth Science Division, is inviting innovative partnership proposals for the Atmospheric Exploration Observatory. The anticipated partnership or partnerships would complete the former GeoCarb instrument, integrate the instrument with a spacecraft, launch and operate the observatory, and share its unique atmospheric-observation data while advancing commercial remote sensing.
