Description
The City seeks qualified, independent debt collection agencies to provide collection services for local municipal government bad debts. Proposals will be evaluated on responsiveness, experience and qualifications, project approach, technical capabilities, cost, and other stated criteria; the City may conduct interviews or system demonstrations. The agreement is anticipated to have a one-year initial term with six one-year options to extend.
