Description
The Court seeks an on-demand, web-based safety training program for up to 20 janitorial, mailroom, and facilities staff. The solution must provide relevant workplace safety courses addressing federal OSHA and Cal/OSHA requirements, with course descriptions and estimated completion times. Employees must be able to complete modules independently during scheduled work hours, and the platform must work with standard web browsers without specialized software or hardware. The contractor must maintain and update course content as regulations and practices change; provide administrative access, participation and completion reporting, and electronic training records; and offer basic technical support. Proposals must include a technical proposal and a separate cost proposal, with a detailed line-item budget, budget justification, and not-to-exceed total. The technical response must describe the proposed work method and tailored curriculum, address trainer experience and compliance, technical support, progress tracking, privacy protections, and any court-specific custom course option. Required submission materials also include specified certifications and payee information, business credentials, and—if taking exceptions to the terms—redlined terms and an explanation.
