Description
The City seeks a qualified environmental consultant to prepare an Area of Potential Effects (APE) map, an Archaeological Survey Report (ASR), and a Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR) for a project involving safety improvements at four intersections. Work must comply with the applicable federal Section 106 Programmatic Agreement and Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual requirements. The consultant or its oversight consultant must meet the applicable Professionally Qualified Staff standards, and Caltrans will approve documents produced under the relevant agreements. The scope will be negotiated with the selected consultant and may be amended as the project develops or on an as-needed basis. Proposals must include relevant staff qualifications, an organizational chart, subconsultant information, examples of three to five comparable completed projects, project approach narratives, and the required completed forms. The agreement is expected to have a maximum compensation of $150,000 and a term of up to five years.
