Description
The City seeks an environmental consultant to prepare an Area of Potential Effects map, an Archaeological Survey Report, and a Historic Property Survey Report for a Safe Streets 4 All project involving safety improvements at four intersections. The work must support compliance with the applicable federal and state historic-preservation agreements and requirements, and be performed in a manner that allows reimbursement from federal funds. The consultant must meet or provide oversight meeting the applicable Professionally Qualified Staff standards; failure to meet this minimum qualification is disqualifying. The agreement is anticipated to have an initial five-year term and a maximum compensation limit of $150,000. Proposals are evaluated on responsiveness, general requirements, experience and qualifications, project approach, technical capabilities, and cost. The proposal must include a cover letter, staff resumes, an organizational chart, subconsultant information, examples of past projects, project-approach narratives, and the specified completed forms. Proof of insurance is required from the selected consultant before contract execution, not with the proposal.
