Description
The Town of East Fishkill is seeking bids for the restoration of pickleball courts located at Lime Kiln Recreation Park. The scope of work includes milling, repairing, installing new posts, resurfacing, and stripping the courts. The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, and equipment. The project is expected to be completed within 45 days of the Notice to Proceed, with work commencing on or about August 15, 2026, and substantial completion by September 30, 2026. The Town will handle certain aspects, including providing posts, sleeves, non-slip acrylic paints and lining, and re-installing perimeter fencing.
