Description
The USDA Food Animal Environmental Systems Research Unit greenhouse/headhouse requires repairs to restore proper building-control operations. The work includes replacing two existing Solidyne DDC panels with programmable BACnet controllers, including power, wiring, programming, and commissioning while reusing existing temperature sensors. The replacement controllers must support the specified pump, boiler-loop differential-pressure, loop-pump, and variable-frequency-drive monitoring and control points. The contractor must also replace the AAON air-handler reheat control board, identified as an MHGRVA board, and comply with applicable codes and security requirements. Work must begin within 10 calendar days after notice to proceed and be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. The submission requires a signed SF 1442, a price proposal, and a technical proposal containing the work plan, key personnel, performance schedule, and past-performance information.
