Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District intends to solicit a sole-source, single-award, firm-fixed-price supply contract for a Clivus Multrum M35 composting toilet system to replace a damaged existing system. Only Clivus Multrum products will be accepted; substitutes, alternates, third-party equivalents, and products from other manufacturers are prohibited. The required items are one Clivus Multrum M35 compost tank, four toilet seats and lids, four foam flush toilet flanges, two MB100 units, and two foam flush toilets. All components must be manufactured by Clivus Multrum and fully compatible with the M35 compost tank system. Interested sources may submit product information, capability information, or a quote for consideration, although the notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
