Description
Sumner County Government seeks a single contractor to replace HVAC equipment at three facilities. The Administration Building requires removal and disposal of one existing chilled-water pump and installation of a same-capacity replacement pump with a triple-duty valve, suction diffuser, and butterfly valve, including draining, refilling, and air bleeding the piping system. Portland Library requires two new 12.5-ton gas-pack units, and Millersville Library requires two new 10-ton gas-pack units equivalent to the existing equipment. The work also includes equipment removal and disposal, minimum SEER2-14.0 ratings for new units, required electrical circuits, piping, valves, insulation and heat tracing where necessary, building automation system tie-ins if necessary, crane and trucking costs, roof installation and any required roofing work, code compliance, and all labor and materials. The proposal must include warranty information, approximate equipment and material lead times, an estimated project schedule, delivery timing, exceptions, and total pricing with separate costs for each location. A required site visit must be completed at each location with County Maintenance staff.
