The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting up to 494 pneumatic wheel assemblies, NSN 2530-01-626-2559, manufacturer part number 13034099, for delivery under a firm-fixed-price, three-year indefinite-quantity contract. The guaranteed minimum is 34 units, with estimated ordering-year quantities of 224, 135, and 135 units; no options are included. A separately priced first article test is required unless waived, and the contractor must manufacture and test the first article using the applicable technical data package. Supplies must be new and comply with the Government drawings, technical data package, military preservation and Level B packing requirements, origin inspection and acceptance, and specified military marking requirements. Offers must cover the total quantity and be submitted electronically by email to the Contract Specialist; PDF is preferred, and the cost or pricing portion must be formatted in Excel. The solicitation may use an online reverse auction. Access to controlled technical data requires a current DD Form 2345/JCP certification and an authorized data custodian. The solicitation also requires identification or description of the offeror’s quality-assurance system, and a first article test waiver request must include the Government worksheet and supporting documentation when applicable.
