Description
The agency is procuring four new dry-type power potential transformers with copper windings: three for the Middle Fork powerhouse and one for the Ralston powerhouse. Each transformer must include the specified enclosure, cooling system, monitoring equipment, and auxiliary components. The manufacturer is specified as MGM Transformers, and substitutions or alternative brands are not accepted. One transformer must be prioritized for production and delivery, followed by the remaining three. The vendor must provide certified factory test results, a minimum three-year warranty, operations and maintenance manuals, AutoCAD drawings, and other specified technical documentation. The vendor is responsible for delivery; agency staff will install and commission the transformers. The bid packet requires the agency’s bid forms and two proposed delivery schedules.
