Submission Instructions
Description
Bucks County is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of fitted, quilted bedspreads for resident rooms at Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility. The solicitation identifies six specified bedspread items, including required colors and dimensions, while allowing equal products if bidders provide documentation showing the brand, fabric content, fill weight, patterns, and colors. Bidders must provide unit pricing by line item, complete the required questionnaire and bid table, and upload a signed agreement. Alternate or equal products require descriptive literature, and samples may be requested during evaluation. Delivery is FOB destination, with delivery generally required within 30 days after the effective date unless otherwise directed. The County may increase, decrease, or place no orders against the estimated quantities.
