Description
UT-Battelle, LLC, the management and operations contractor for Oak Ridge National Laboratory, is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for one 15 kg spool of 15-5 PH stainless steel 3D-printing wire with a 1.2 mm diameter, or a domestic equivalent. The requested reference product is 3Dprint AM 15-5 PH 1.2 mm Korbspule/Basket spool BS300, and brand-name-or-equal provisions apply. The award is anticipated to be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Respondents must submit a firm-fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and any exceptions or a statement that no exceptions are taken to the applicable terms and conditions. The anticipated subcontract type is firm fixed price, and no small-business set-aside applies.
