Description
The buyer is seeking one oil vacuum trailer under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The trailer must have a 500-to-1,300-gallon tank, a hydraulic lift-capable tank, 1.5-inch suction and discharge connections, a diesel engine, manual suction and discharge valves, at least 25 feet of hardwall suction hose, a pressure/suction gauge, a liquid-level gauge or sight glass, and a hook-and-loop trailer connection for a truck hitch. Pricing must include the trailer and shipping as separate line items, with net pricing excluding tax. Quotes will be evaluated on price and past performance, including review of FAPIIS and SPRS, and the government may award without discussions.
