Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 19 feet of annealed 4340 steel flat bar, 1.500 inches thick by 3.000 inches wide and 10 to 12 feet long, under NSN 9510-00-954-1122. The material must comply with the cited SAE standards and technical data requirements, including metal certification and a Certificate of Quality Compliance with each shipment. The supplier must meet Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors requirements, provide continuous identification markings, and comply with specified packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, and delivery requirements. The quotation is for a supply purchase with a 160-day delivery period after award and a quantity variance of plus or minus 10 percent.
