Description
The City of St. Louis is seeking a contractor for fixed-price welding and metal fabrication services. The solicitation permits alternate lines and states that quantities are estimates with no exact usage guaranteed; services will be ordered as needed by City departments. Bidders must submit the required Buy American, Minority and Women Owned, bid signature, product specification, anti-Israel affidavit, certificate of independent price determination, performance bond page, certificate of insurance, E-Verify affidavit, and living wage documents. The solicitation also includes affirmative-action, audit, bid-protest, terms-and-conditions, and local-preference provisions. A performance bond or cashier's check may be required in an amount determined by the Supply Commissioner.
