Description
The City of Alcoa is soliciting a vendor to provide 23% hydrofluorosilicic acid on a per-gallon delivered basis, with a desired delivery schedule of every two weeks. The chemical must be NSF-certified for use in drinking water, and the contractor is responsible for safe and timely delivery. Deliveries must be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to the City's tanks at 302 Sam Houston School Road, Maryville, Tennessee. The successful bidder must provide the labor, equipment, and materials necessary for delivery. Evaluation may consider price, materials, lead time, warranty, experience, reputation, and service capability. Minimum insurance requirements include $1,000,000 general liability, $1,000,000 automobile accident liability, and workers' compensation coverage.
