Description
Knox County Schools is soliciting electronic bids for doors and related supplies under a blanket purchase arrangement. The requested offerings include steel, wood, and custom doors; door frames; hinges; closers; exit hardware; thresholds; sweeps; weather-stripping; smoke checks; wall magnets; toilet partitions; and associated accessories. Vendors may offer specified brands or equals and must provide percentage discounts from list price, along with pricing for representative door and frame items. The solicitation also requires vendors to answer bid questions and submit the requested vendor information, pricing, affidavits, insurance checklist, licenses and certifications, addenda acknowledgment, and other required bid materials. The stated purchase period runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.
