Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to prepare, prime, and paint various exterior railings, walkways, and steel supports at the San Luis II Land Port of Entry (LPOE) located at 1375 South Avenue E, San Luis, AZ, 85349. A mandatory site walk is scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT. Contractors must RSVP/register for the site walk by June 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT via the provided link. At least one representative from the prime contractor must attend. The site walk is mandatory for proposal submission. All questions and RFIs must be submitted by July 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM PDT via the provided link. Quotes are due by July 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM PDT, also via a provided link.
