Description
The State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) is soliciting bids for monthly landscaping maintenance and "as needed" repair services for their facility located at 1550 West Main Street, El Centro, CA 92243. The contract period is from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2029. Services include general landscaping such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, pruning, cultivating, weeding, and trash removal. The contractor will also be responsible for "as needed" repairs, typically not exceeding two workdays per task. This includes identifying and reporting safety hazards or faulty equipment. The contractor must comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures while on the premises. A valid C-27 State Contractor's License is required. Subcontracting is not permitted for this solicitation.
