Description
The County of Imperial is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to update its Colonias Master Plan. The most recent version was approved in 2014, and this update will focus on reassessing areas for assistance eligibility. Key objectives include updating information on sphere of influence, services, utilities, income, and housing; identifying and ranking community needs; and providing recommendations for addressing deficiencies. The term of the agreement for services will be for one year from the date of an executed agreement, with the possibility of extension. Proposals must be submitted in original and five copies by 5:00 p.m. on July 13, 2026, to the Imperial County Business Development Center. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
