Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Response Team Services. The selected contractor will provide coordinated response and case management services for CSEC youth aged twelve to twenty-one, with a focus on trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally competent care. The contract is anticipated to have an initial term of one year and six months, with four one-year options for extension. Services will include crisis intervention, case management, and support for youth and their caregivers, as well as education and training for adults working with CSEC youth. The contractor will be responsible for operating a walk-in service site and providing mobile response services throughout San Diego County.
