Description
This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase, maintenance, and repair of SonTek acoustic doppler systems and YSI water quality instruments. The Bureau of Reclamation requires these services to maintain and repair various models of SonTek and YSI devices, including water quality meters, acoustic doppler current profilers, and acoustic doppler velocimeters. The contract will cover repairs and maintenance, with the potential for the government to request quotes for additional models as they become available or current ones become obsolete. Repairs are to be performed at the contractor's facility and returned within 60 business days of receipt. The ordering period for the IDIQ contract is five years, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031, with a maximum cumulative amount not exceeding $250,000.00. The minimum order guarantee is $1,000.00 per contract.
