Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide individually packaged, hot, well-balanced prepared meals, beverages, and related supplies for delivery to Machesney Park, Illinois. This is a commodity purchase for prepared meals, not a catering requirement. Catering services are expressly excluded, including buffet service, on-site setup, serving, and cleanup. The anticipated performance period is October 24–26, 2026. Quotes must be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite.
