Description
The City of Pueblo, through Pueblo Transit, seeks a qualified marketing firm to design and execute a comprehensive six-month campaign promoting its Vanpool Program. The work includes market research and audience analysis; a strategic marketing plan; branding, messaging, and visual identity; brochures, flyers, posters, digital assets, social media, email, website, and video content; advertising and media buying across print, radio, television, and online channels; employer and community outreach; partnership development; events, workshops, and informational presentations; and performance measurement and reporting. The selected firm must provide a dedicated project manager, coordinate regularly with Pueblo Transit, comply with applicable accessibility and other standards, and deliver electronic materials with print materials as needed. Required proposal content includes a table of contents, licensing and registration documentation, a submittal summary, qualifications and personnel information, resumes if available, at least three similar-project references from the last five years, project approach, and a detailed work schedule. The maximum budget is $50,000, inclusive of consultant fees, services, and media buys.
