Description
The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) is seeking proposals for an experienced intergovernmental relations consultant. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and strengthening NORA's relationships with federal, state, regional, and local governments. Key areas of expertise required include governmental affairs, policy making, program implementation, and resource allocation to support NORA's goals. Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing by Friday, June 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CST). All proposals must be uploaded to an assigned shared folder by the due date and time. NORA will not accept responses submitted by email or fax.
