Description
First 5 California (F5CA) is seeking proposals for federal advocacy services to support its mission of advancing the healthy development and well-being of children from prenatal to age five and their families across California. The selected contractor will act as a strategic partner, focusing on federal legislative and budget monitoring, policy analysis, building relationships with California's congressional delegation and federal agencies, developing advocacy materials, and providing strategic counsel. The goal is to elevate California's early childhood priorities in federal legislative, budget, and administrative processes, aligning with F5CA's Strategic Plan and Policy Agenda. The contract is expected to last approximately three years, with a maximum fiscal amount of $300,000.00, anticipated to begin in summer 2026.
