Riverfront Museum Park is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to provide professional design and engineering services for the complete replacement of the existing fire alarm system with a modern, open-platform fire alarm and emergency communications system (ECS) across its campus. The project includes assessment of existing conditions, design of a code-compliant system, preparation of construction documents, and support during the bidding and construction phases. The campus includes the Discovery Center Museum, Rockford Art Museum, Rockford Dance Company, and Rockford Symphony Orchestra. The selected consultant will be responsible for field surveys, design development, coordination with stakeholders, and submission of plans to the authority having jurisdiction for permits.
