Description
The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health is gathering stakeholder input to inform procurement planning for the 2028 reprocurement of Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) and Forensic PACT services. It invites current providers, people receiving or formerly receiving services, and family members or guardians to participate in online listening sessions and provide written feedback. Topics include outcome measurement and data collection, certification requirements, service-model adaptations, family communication, and client satisfaction and service needs. Written feedback is limited to three pages per organization or individual, must use 12-point font and double spacing, and is due November 3, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. This is an information-gathering opportunity, not a request for proposals to provide the services.
