The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center is holding an industry day to discuss a contemplated effort to design, develop, and integrate components for a strategic ground-based high-frequency communications capability. The event will provide an overview of the required capability and solicit industry feedback on technical feasibility, schedule realism, integration considerations, production capacity, and acquisition approach. A program overview and question-and-answer session are planned, with optional one-on-one discussions subject to government availability. The event is in person and participation is voluntary; it is for market research and acquisition planning, not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. Interested organizations must register by contacting the point of contact by November 24, 2026. Registration is limited to four participants per company and must include company and attendee details, applicable CAGE codes, one-on-one interest, and visitor-access request information as applicable. Industry questions are also due by that date. A pre-read package is anticipated to include a question set and capability summary; its response instructions and deadline will be provided separately.
