Description
The City of Yuma is soliciting bids for construction of a new sewer lift station, sewer force main, sewer manholes, and sewer gravity line at the Jackrabbit Mesa Water Pollution Control Facility. The work includes wastewater conveyance infrastructure in accordance with the civil plans and specifications. Required submission items include an AZ Bid Bond, Subcontractor & Material Providers questionnaire, Certification & Addendum Acknowledgement Form, Offer and Acceptance Form, and Bid Table w/Contingency. The questionnaire and bid table require completion of buyer-provided response templates. The opportunity includes multiple addenda and supporting civil plans, construction services contract, and general and special conditions.
