Description
The City of Moreno Valley is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, and off-load new, unused low-voltage switchgear electrical equipment. Equipment must be the latest production, include a factory warranty, comply with the stated specifications and EUSERC standards, and be provided with manufacturer documentation, including outline drawings, schematics, descriptive bulletins, detailed bills of materials, power-flow information, and dimensioned floor plans showing electrical ratings, weight, and other required characteristics. The quote must include delivery costs and support firm quantities and pricing. Delivery is required within 224 calendar days after receipt of order, with the vendor responsible for safe packaging, advance delivery notification, and pickup or replacement of rejected or defective items. Required response materials include the Special Provisions Form, Client Reference List, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and proposed equipment drawings and specifications.
