Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for an electrical switchboard for the Estelle Unit in Huntsville, Texas. The product must be new and unused, meet applicable OSHA standards, and bear an appropriate Underwriters Laboratories, Factory Mutual Resource Corporation, or National Electrical Manufacturers Association listing. Equivalent brands may be considered unless the solicitation specifies a proprietary purchase; alternate products should include the manufacturer, brand or trade name, and a complete description. The response must be submitted on the solicitation form, priced per unit, signed by an authorized representative, and include the respondent’s Texas Identification Number, federal Employer Identification Number, full firm name, and address. Delivery is to the TDCJ receiving location identified on the purchase order, with freight prepaid and allowed unless otherwise specified. The solicitation establishes a purchase order rather than an ongoing service requirement.
