Description
The Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, is requesting a quotation for vehicle modifications for a person with a disability. The vehicle is a 2026 Dodge Ram 1500 Warlock Edition with crew cab, identified as ESMC 7580 and VIN 3C6SRFGPXT4186045; the vehicle is currently on hold and has not been purchased. The requested work includes modifications identified in the vehicle evaluation report and specifications, including interior, primary controls, secondary controls, and preparation items. Vendors must explain any proposed item, device, or system that is not identical to the specified equipment but is offered as an equivalent. The vendor must be NMEDA/QAP certified and in good standing at the time of bidding, provide in-state service, maintain records of standardized service provision and customer satisfaction, and have the vehicle on hand to bid. Pricing must show unit price, amount, and total, with delivery on an FOB destination basis; the state will not pay federal excise or Connecticut sales taxes.
