Description
Cleveland County Court Clerk is soliciting bids for legal- and letter-size folders, printed legal forms, marriage licenses, and envelopes. Requirements include heavy-duty legal folders with top brads in specified colors; regular-duty letter folders with top brads in specified colors; two-part 8.5-by-11-inch receipt forms in white and blue; and double-sided 8.5-by-14-inch marriage licenses printed on manila paper with envelopes. Delivery must be included in the bid price. The contract term is October 5, 2026, through October 4, 2027, with mutual-agreement renewal options for up to two additional years. The award may be made by individual item, group of items, or total bid, and multiple vendors may be selected. Bids must be submitted on the approved form in a sealed package; faxed and emailed bids are not accepted. The required non-collusion affidavit must be notarized and bear original signatures.
