Description
The 97th Civil Engineering Squadron requires recurring biological drain treatment services for kitchen facilities at Altus Air Force Base. The contractor must provide and retain ownership of wall-mounted or battery-operated dosing systems, naturally occurring biodegradable biological treatment media, plumbing connections, labor, tools, supplies, and accessories. Services include monthly preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, cleaning, disinfection, replenishment of biological media, repairs, replacement parts, and replacement of unrepairable units at no cost to the Government. The systems must reduce odors and prevent recurring drain blockages in the dishwasher areas of Buildings 307, 317, and 106. The requirement also includes monthly service reports, scheduling, compliance with base access, safety, environmental, hazardous-material, and contractor personnel requirements, and performance during normal duty hours unless otherwise coordinated. This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis to Green and Sustainable Services, LLC; it is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested sources may submit a capability statement with technical data and cost information to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement.
