Description
The Comanche Nation is establishing a Blood Quantum Subcommittee under the Comanche Business Committee to conduct objective research, fact-finding, and analysis regarding issues related to blood quantum and tribal membership. The subcommittee will examine multiple options, gather relevant information, evaluate potential impacts, and provide factual findings and recommendations to the Comanche Business Committee. Members must attend meetings, conduct research, review tribal laws and policies, evaluate options, and maintain confidentiality. Applicants should have experience in tribal enrollment, federal grants, tribal governance, research, or data analysis.
