The U.S. Air Force is soliciting brand-name-or-equal commercial products consisting of 120 S&S Precision Manta Strobes, infrared high/green high with Manta webbing adapters in coyote tan (part number MS-0011-CT), and 120 DNRO EOG NVG low-profile short counterweights, one pound, in Multicam (part number CWLPS-MC). The requirement is for a single firm-fixed-price contract and is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Quotes must include pricing using the provided line-item table, contractor identification and socioeconomic information, lead time or period of performance, discount terms, and technical submissions. The Government will evaluate technical capability, price, delivery terms, and past performance. Products are to be delivered to the 82d Security Forces Squadron at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.
