Description
The Village of Round Lake Beach is soliciting bids for the Lotus Tower Rehabilitation Project, involving painting and miscellaneous improvements to a 1,500,000-gallon fluted-column water tank. The construction contract is subject to the Prevailing Wage Act, the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, and the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act. Each bid must include a certified check, cash, bid bond, or other acceptable proposal guaranty equal to 5% of the proposal amount.
